I am an integrative counsellor and Psychologist who will take you through a journey of self-discovery and healing, and help to process difficult emotions.

As an integrative therapist, I work with adults and young people experiencing complex psychological and emotional challenges. I Draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centred approaches, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), brief solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, to name a few. I am passionate about helping people who have been through trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, or simply feeling overwhelmed. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can begin to make sense of your experiences.

Whether you are feeling depressed, discouraged, or dealing with a significant life event such as bereavement, a relationship breakdown, or a trauma, I will walk alongside you on your journey of self-discovery and healing. Together, we will process difficult emotions, find your inner strengths, and work towards a more fulfilling life.
I am experienced in working with a wide range of presenting issues, including but not limited to:

Trauma (including physical and sexual assault)
Self-harm and Suicidal Ideation
Bereavement and Grief
Family Issues (such as abandonment, attachment issues, and abuse)
Relationship Conflicts and Breakdowns

Christian faith based challenges or abuse
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), including those facing abandonment, abuse, and attachment difficulties. I also address deeper emotional concerns related to guilt, shame, and forgiveness, as well as issues related to spirituality and family conflict. I also have a particular interest in helping individuals who have experienced trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in war-torn regions.
I firmly believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, where you and I work together to explore your feelings, identify your goals, and develop strategies to improve your mental and emotional well-being. My goal is to establish a strong therapeutic relationship that fosters genuine rapport and helps you build a healthier sense of self.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy sessions from my practice based at 2nd Floor, Harlington Studios, Putney Bridge, Fulham, London SW6 3PA. Online sessions are also available via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
I offer weekly sessions of 50 minutes of Counselling and psychotherapy with a free initial 15-minute consultation. In person sessions cost £55, online sessions cost £50.
